On Friday, 27 November, the long-awaited meeting with the representatives of Järva County and Paide, Arvo Pärt’s birth town took place at the Arvo Pärt Centre.
On 20 November, a cordial meeting took place at Laulasmaa – the artist-engraver Viktor Kuik gave Arvo Pärt a silver medal, created in his honour.
The laureates for the PÖFF Lifetime Achievement Award were announced at the opening ceremony of the 19th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.

At the beginning of October, a large collection of photos and videos from Eric Marinitsch arrived to the Arvo Pärt Centre.
