On a tour through the rooms of the centre, we will get an overview of Arvo Pärt’s life and work. We will listen to a few of Arvo Pärt’s works together and, focusing on one composition, follow the composer’s path from his first ideas to a finished piece. We will also reflect on the performance and recording of music and the search for the most suitable sound, take a look at the composer’s musical manuscripts, and get an insight into archive work.

The programme is two hours and includes a workshop of painting and music listening. You are welcome to look around the building independently after the programme.

Price: 80 euros per group, plus entrance ticket 10/7 euros per person.
